By using Khelenge.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read carefully before booking.

1. Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older to create an account and book slots.
By signing up, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Bookings require an active Khelenge.in account.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
Misuse, fraudulent bookings, or violations may lead to suspension or permanent blacklist.

All bookings are hourly slots.
Payment methods accepted: UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and cash at venue.
Pricing is dynamic and may vary based on peak/off-peak times, demand, or special events.
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the slot.
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days” or “Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the booking.”
No-shows (failure to attend after booking) → payment is retained in full.
Bookings may be transferred to another player/team upon request and with the original booker’s consent.

Players must follow fair play and discipline at all times.
Actions that negatively affect other users may result in removal or blacklist.
Smoking only in designated zones.
No alcohol permitted on premises – violation will result in immediate action.
Damages:
Unintentional minor damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Violent, reckless, or intentional acts causing damage will make the responsible player(s) financially liable.

Participation is at your own risk. Sigma/Khelenge.in is not liable for injuries or health issues.
Basic first aid will be provided on-site when possible.
Players are encouraged to use personal protective gear.

Sigma/Khelenge.in is not responsible for disputes between players/teams.
Any conflicts should be resolved respectfully. Failure to maintain conduct may lead to account action.

Users may upload profile details, player cards, and messages.
Abusive, offensive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in account deletion and permanent blacklist.
By using Khelenge.in, you agree to receive offers, promotions, and partner advertisements (opt-out available).

Disputes must first be reported to Khelenge.in support for resolution.
If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Gujarat courts, India.
Our liability in all cases is limited to the booking fee paid.

Sigma reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use means acceptance of changes.
